Challenge: Installing SPD Outside the Control Panel

Protecting machinery when it's not possible to install the surge protection device (SPD) inside a Control Panel can be a challenge. The lack of space inside the panel can further complicate matters.

Solution: ZOTUP Protection Boxes

To overcome this obstacle, ZOTUP offers two protection boxes with IP65 enclosure. These ZOTUPBOXES (code 244 100 for TN-S systems and code 245 100 for TT systems) provide a compact and pre-assembled solution, ideal for outdoor environments. They can be installed close to the Machine Board, providing additional protection.

ZOTUP protection boxes are equipped with a support fuse with SPD isolation function. Cable connections can be easily made, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.

Cable Containment
